5. Builder and Promoter Review Process

If you are a builder, promoter, or authorized representative and believe that your Trust Score or project data is inaccurate, you may request a review.

Please email seemankancg@gmail.com with:

• Your RERA registration number.
• A detailed description of the data points you believe require correction.
• Supporting documentation or official RERA filings.

Once received, we will verify the claim and respond within 72 business hours with our review outcome or next steps.

6. Prohibited Uses

By using Seemankan.in, you agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the site.
• Use Trust Scores for harassment, defamation, or coercion of builders, homebuyers, or agents.
• Misrepresent Seemankan.in's scores as official RERA ratings or government certifications.
• Employ automated tools (e.g., bots or crawlers) to access the Service beyond standard browsing.
• Use content or algorithms from Seemankan.in for commercial resale without explicit written consent.

Unauthorized use may lead to IP blocking or legal action under applicable cyber and data protection laws.
